     The NEW Vehicle :   Will be able to carry more weight, fly further, & be able to change its shape per request.  It will be able to carry 1 - 6 individuals per design or to carry equivalent weight up to 5000 lbs.  It will be be able to land on water or any logical surface present.  Top speed can vary depending between vehicle design and weight.  Top speed flying will be (with optimal design) 260 mph with cruse speeds at 220 at altitudes below 11 thousand feet.  This vehicle is a hybrid design (functionally) with the currently available electrical technology along with its reliablity resulting in reduced weight.  Length can be as short as 15 feet to 25 feet depending on design.  Driving will be no different than the car you current own for street purposes.  Height will stay at approximately 9.5 feet.  Flight distance will be approximately 700 - 1000 miles. (also depending weight and style).  All the comforts of a luxury car and an aircraft or boat in one.  You will be able to keep it at home, fuel it at any gas station and drive it in any city and land it at your favorite hunting or fishing or climbing area.  Not to mention what it could be used for by medical, legal authorities, and military.  Essentially no limits of use.  Just think 0f possibilities.
